Salvation

Huge image is huge.

Any smaller and their faces would have been a little harder to see. Anyway, another really cool idea that came to me out of a random night of some philosophical thinking, that also involved some characters. So, the winged fella is ~Wanderers's character, Gabriel - who doesn't actually have wings...but for the sake of this image, yeah. And of course my main character 207 (Himei), who's gone through a bit of a makeover in the past year (in case you're wondering, those markings are scars).

The concept behind this particular image is as the title states. Himei is a character whose gone through quite a lot in the years that I've played her. She's gone from a heroic character, and then a sudden twist into a villain, and then finally an anti-hero. But despite a lot of the changes in her personality and way of thinking, among the few traits that hasn't change is how emotionally isolated she is. She always got herself into trouble because she's a dumbass. c_c

That's where Gabriel comes in. He's become her guardian angel (fitting, when you think of his backstory XD ), saving her from a path of destruction and especially from herself in ways that no one else has been able to - or bothered to for that matter. He's ripping her out of the darkness and slowly helping her to heal from the pain she's gone through, and take her down the right path. That's what this image represents. It's one that I'm truly proud of.
